    So I was with family, it was unexpected.

    And guess what?

    I ate. :(

    But I ate only chicken to stay in ketosis.

    I feel very vey bad but there was noway to get out of it.

    Chicken and coleslaw. I knew they were both low carb. Thats why chose them out of other foods.

    You will be fine. It is not the end of the world, it was a good choice of food and it's done now. Acknowledge it, remember how you felt afterwards, tick the box and put that thought away. New day, new start.
