Measurements

I just wondering where people take their measurements from.

I have taken mine from bust, waist, hips, rt thigh and left upper arm

am I leaving anything out?
 
I measured my knees as they were so fat and one of the many bits i really hated lol...slimming down a bit now but still podgy
 
I do- waist, hips, stomach, bottom, each thigh, each calf, each upper arm and each forearm.
 
I use the spreadsheet that I got from here that has measurements on it, sadly I have not lost anything from my wrists, or another way of thinking about it, my wrists were my slimmest part :D

My neck tends to always have be big even as a child or a slim teen. But like above it is an inch less these days :)
 
I only do chest, waist and hips as that's the only ones which are recorded in the food optimising book.

The spreadsheet I got from here which I used to record my weight / measurement losses records: neck, chest, bicep, wrist, hips, thigh, calf and waist.
