Meat - a little question......

    Please tell me where to go if you've all answered this before..... but I was just wondering what the problem is with having just meat, especially if it keeps you in Ketosis? I'm currently on the SS and could murder a breast of chicken or a nice juicy steak and can't quite understand why this is bad? Please help.

    Hi, Im on SS+ and I have chicken, Im still in Ketosis, and the loss's have been ok.

    Thanks for that everyone - I think I'll survive without to be honest - I'm only on my second week, but it's not easy - is it? I've been on Atkins before and lost a lot of weight from it, I even managed to maintain it until I sort of let myself go a bit. I'm gonna hang on in there!

    I've seen people switch from the CD to Atkins, is this normal, and do they still loose while on it? Just interested to know......
