Meat question (on EE)

Hello

I like the chicken that comes in packets and is flavoured, can anyone tell me is this free or do i have to syn it? I particularly like the tikka flavour if that makes a difference

Different brands have different syn values. Some are free but others are synned.

If you post specifics in the Syn Value sub forum then someone will check and answer for you.

Thanks for posting this, I can't help because I have to admit to assuming they'd be free. I've been eating them almost daily when on red days. Just had a look and I think the tesco tikka is free but I don't have a pack handy to check I've got the right thing.

I eat the tesco value tikka as free, also some of the Asda ones are also free.

Oh and they're yummy! I eat it for breakfast sometimes with cottage cheese in the car with my fingers before going in for a swim, what a pretty picture that must make.

oooo how exciting lol I didnt want to assume it is free as it is chicken, and then find out that is the reason i am not losing lol thought it better to check first and be safe

I shop at tesco too - happy days lol
