I have been on medication for a few years now and thats when I put most of my weight on, I am trying really hard to lose the weight but it seems even when I stick to my points and exercise I stay the same, lose 1/2 a lbs or gain a bit. I am really struggling as i've only lost 5lbs since starting again properly and joining a new meeting (it was in july I think). I know 5 is better than nothing but it is so dissapointing. Anyone have any suggestions?
