Meh... Here we go again !

Been flipping between WW and Atkins all year since I had DD in January.

WW shocked me this week tho. A basic meal of pasta with vegetables and a little Parmesan rolled in at 11PP despite only being 355 calories per serving :cry:Ridiculous.

Anyway. After 4 weeks on WW and yet again not shifting a single pound, my MP has been cancelled and Ive had 2 weeks off.

Re-starting Atkins tomorrow. I struggled last time with the lack of alcohol BUT Im determined to stay on track this time as Atkins is the only "diet" where I dont feel hungry, bloated or sick.

Why not try doing a bit of calorie counting? You can cut your carbs out easily just like Atkins as there are no 'rules' to follow but still have a glass of vino at the weekends ;)
