Food diary 20/09/09

Lunch - Cheese and Ham Sandwich {HexA&B taken}

Dinner - Roast Chicken, Roast Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Cauliflower cheese {5syns} and veg {3 syns for gravy}

Fun size bag maltesers 5.5 syns

Total syns = 13.5

Food diary 21/09/09

I'm still not eating much at the moment so planning things is simply beyond me, I really dont know what i'm eating until its done.

Breakfast - Magic Porridge HexB taken

Lunch - Snack a jacks - 3.5syns

Dinner - Ham, egg and SW chips

Ok today for me has just been a couple of cups of coffee so far so 1 syn for 2 dashes of milk..

About to cook Eggs, Bacon, Beans & Toast {HexB taken} 1 syn for margarine

Dinner will be Beef, Mushroom & Onion Pie {topping is mash potato} so 2 syns for the butter & milk, green beans sweetcorn & carrots, 2 tsps gravy granules 2 syns

Total so far = 6 syns ...

Snack is cherry layered muller light 2.5syns

New total = 8.5syns
