    Hi everyone,

I'm trying to talk my husband into doing slimfast with me. Does anyone know how many calories men can have a day? I think they used to be able to have an extra shake..... is that still the case?

Hopefully by doing the same diet we'll be able to support each other rather than him eating packets of chocolate hobnobs in front of me!

Thanks Kes. Couldn't find anything on the website but re-read Lisa's "how to do slimfast" post and she mentions men can have 800 calories for the meal. Think he's going to snack on extra fruit if he's hungrey. Hope he sticks to it too as it will make it so much easier! Bet he loses it really quickly....men always do!
