hiya slimmers, i have just got back from class and i have maintained, i think i need to make a few changes, eg i have a banana and a mullerlight yogurt every day for breakfast, so i am going to change that to a cooked brekie some days and cereal the others. I have a light lunch of a mugshot and some fruit so i am going to have a few salads. dinner time we always have a proper meal out of the slimming world books and magazine. i think i should start measuring my milk. my new regime starts tomorrow. i just wish i could exercise as well but due to mobility probs its not possible. bye for now i have a big day tomorrow.
