Does anyone have any menus /ideas to keep ketones once I finish Lipotrim please. I am panicking mainly because I am going away in 3 weeks for the weekend and will be eating and I will be damned if I undo all my good work. any ideas what I can have for breakfast and dinner please and which alcohol is best to drink. Really need advice
