Hi Everyone,
I have been doing slimming world for a while now and before my holiday I had lost 1stone 6.5 pounds which i was chuffed with. Then after 3 weeks all inclusive on holiday I gained 6 pounds which tbh I was really pleased with! I got back into it straight away and lost only 1 pound in my first week which i was a bit miffed at, this week again I have been 100% and my scales are saying I have maintained, I don't know what to do!!
Last week i did extra easy and this week I have done original and green and tried new recipies!!

any help would be appreicated xx
 
Have you measured and weighed your HEAs and Bs? I came to a standstill a couple of weeks ago after I hit my 5 stone award. I put 0.5lb on the following week, and another 0.5lb on the week after, despite sticking to the plan! So I decided to go back to basics and measured everything out, including milk (which I have never measured out before, seeing as how I have my 2 HEAs as skimmed milk). I also kept a food diary, which I haven't done for months. I checked every syn carefully- i found out that the cottage cheese I'd thought was free was in fact 1.5 syns for 100g!
I lost 3lb the following week, so maybe you could try keeping a food diary and accounting for every single syn and HE.

PS - What does 'Mer' mean?
 
I assume its not your official weigh in? If so then just ignore what the scales said as it bears no relation to what the SW scales will say come weigh in day. And if worse come to worse and you sts then just accept it and move on. Your body is not a machine that if you do x, y and z you will lose so many pounds. Lots of things can affect weight loss and pretty much everyone will have weeks when they sts even though they've been 100%. it's normal and natural and all you can do is move on to the next week, trust in the plan and know that you will see the benefits in the future.

thanks for your reply, i always measure my healthy extras have from day one, my weigh in is tomorrow so we shall see, i am just going to keep going and try new things!!

mer is just like a moaning noise, fed up haha x

Hear! Hear! I wish my C would understand this. She's always banging on about how anyone can lose 3 or 4lb in a week if they 'try hard enough'. That's why I always refuse to set a weekly target, much to her annoyance!
