As Brighton Rosie has said, smash it up and pour a yoghurt over it. Last night I had one with a shape lasting satisfaction fruits of the forest yoghurt poured over. For me, meringues really satisfy my sweet tooth.

Mixed berries, Tesco meringue = 2.5 syns (the 8pk in a pink box) and 12.5g anchor light squirty cream. 12.5g is surprisingly alot and only 1 syn :D!
