well on sunday i went out with my bf and lil girl,we had a fab day n seeing as my bf works nights we dont get to do alot 2gether as i work days...soooo,we went out for dinner i just didnt resist!! pure and simple,i gave in so quick im kicking myself here! stupid isnt the word,so ive lost the 2lb from the blip just today and my weigh is friday,im so disappointed coz i really wanted to see a huge loss this week, it wudve been my 1st full week...i think im going to confess to my cdc today and see will she let me weigh on mondays from now on,that way at the weekend ill be a saint!! im so guilty,and tbh i felt naseaus,lethargic,tired bloated everything after eating so to any1 whos thinking of doing it DONT! its soooo not worth it! :eek:

I think we have all been there, but some never get back to it, so you have done great, I had 2 blips last week and felt the same as you so really it can make you stronger to carry on. I am sure any thing you gained will be mainly water and will come off quickly :)
well yes you slipped but the important thing is you know what went wrong as you climbed back on the wagon. any diet is a journey and its along one so keep on going

Dont beat yourself up babe, it is so hard sticking to this, I ate a rice cake yesterday with some salmon on top !, I was just so hungry, but you have to take it hour by hour and that way you can do it, we are all behind you xxxx
Use this experience to help keep you on track in future. It's good that you had the courage to share it with everyone else. I'm sure some people would probably hide away and then completely give up because of feeling down about it.
Oh hun you're human and we all make mistakes so knock the guilt on the head. Good idea about changing your weigh in and I'm sure you'll get back on CD without any problems xx

thanks every1! well i weighed today and have put 4lb back on lol! so far ive lost 1lb :( my own fault but its day 1 again for me now so onwards and downwards! :) soon ill be in the 12's!!! x x
