Well after all that last night ive gone and ate!! :cry:
Just picked a bit of ham, nearly a slice... will it knock me outta ketosis?
I feel such a faliure, but tonights been really hard, i just wanna pig out, thats why ive logged on here... keep me out the kitchen!
Hopefully it'll wear off soon... help!
Main thing is will it knock me out of ketosis pease any1?
