I'm so cross with myself!! I've pratted around last week something shocking! This is the first day of week 3 & I'm determined to be 100%

No more mrs mess-around!!!

I did the same last week. Had a brilliant first week and lost 4 lbs, pissed about last week and was really disappointed with myself as it was only the second week still lost 1 lb which was pure luck! But more focused this week and had two day %100! I wish we could have a will power pill! X

Exactly the same here! First week 6lbs off, messed around all last week & consequently didn't dare go to weigh in!!!

Yesterday was 100% and all I could think was why do I mess it up as the plan is so good??!!

Going to try 777 I think :0)

We can do this!! X
