Not really never do tho lol. Been kinda good this week had a few slip ups but hoping my weeklies cover it as I have never used them yet x
Hi ladies a lost 1lb today so happy about that considering what I eat last week lol.
So here's today's menu

Bought the pedometer today aswell so hopefully rack up the ap this week now I have this not feeling the best today so not even made my steps target will be exercising tomorrow x
So far so good it will defo motivate me to move my ass when av not met my steps for 2day been slagging with the diet so far but it's now on I will be skinny lol x
Yay 1lb down well done. Was thinking of getting a pedomoter myself but they are so expensive
Pedometers been good so far although a never used it correct today to track ap
