Hi everyone gna start my own food diary see if it helps me stay on track and also if any1 has any help or suggestions it would be much appreciated :) x

Thanks nat my wi is on tue morning so am just gna start then hopefully give me a boost for next weeks wi need al the help I can get lol x

Not really never do tho lol. Been kinda good this week had a few slip ups but hoping my weeklies cover it as I have never used them yet x

I lose better when I use my Weeklies, I have a phrase 'More IS More' Hopefully u fall into that category too!!! X

Hi ladies a lost 1lb today so happy about that considering what I eat last week lol.

So here's today's menu

B- Special K red berries (3)
Semi skimmed milk (2)

L- ham (1)
Salad (0)
Cheese slice (3)
Mayo (1)
Hula hoops (4)

D- square sausage grilled x2 (8)
White bread (5)
Twix biscuit (3)
WW yougurt (1)

Dp - 31/31
Wp - 49/49


Bought the pedometer today aswell so hopefully rack up the ap this week now I have this not feeling the best today so not even made my steps target will be exercising tomorrow x

So far so good it will defo motivate me to move my ass when av not met my steps for 2day been slagging with the diet so far but it's now on I will be skinny lol x

That's the spirit :) Ive not done well with the Pedometer this week but I normally love clocking up the AP. x
 
Yay 1lb down well done. Was thinking of getting a pedomoter myself but they are so expensive

Well Done on your Loss :) I bought my Pedometer from eBay, other than my Kitchen Scales it was my best WW Buy! X

No weeklies used

I LOVE Kingsmill Bread! Probably my favourite Bread mmmmmm! What's the WW Tomato Soup like? I have one in the Cupboard which I haven't tried Yet. X
