No, as they have oil in to stop them sticking together. They vary between about 1 and 6 depending on flavour so you need to give us more info.

That's for plain dried rice - not microwave rice. Any normal plain dried rice is free if it doesn't have any flavourings etc added. Once it is cooked it a vacuum packed bag ready to microwave it has syns in it as there is oil added.

M&S used to do one that was free, but they discontinued it. So annoying, as it was really handy!
