    This morning I left the 160s...hello 150s! It's only a loss of 0.6 pounds since I've been stalling but I'll take it! :)

    Thanks guys for your comments. It really does feel good to be in another weight bracket. :)

    Don't be disheartened, it could all change by next Sunday. That's probably why we shouldn't weigh more than once a week.

    I think I had some movement because I cut out cream and mims since last week.

    Well done Zion - sorry about the cream and cheese though, it stalls me too - ditto mayonnaise, as I am discovering to my dismay :(

    Might try making my own and see if that makes a difference.
