Hi all I think I am having a midlife crisis, I have just committed to losing 28lbs in 10 weeks (also have a week holiday in the middle of that and a hen do!) And then I have just signed up to run the leeds half marathon next may. So I order to keep me on track I am going to declare my food on here daily to keep the focus. June was a rubbish month for me in terms of weight loss managed to lose some body fat (always a bonus) and ran 9 miles but no weight off. Heres to my midlifer
