I keep a bag of frozen sprouts in the freezer at all times. I eat them most days. Though now the fresh ones are in season again, I'll probably go back on those for a while. I also discovered frozen mushy peas. Mmmmmm...

I chuck them in the steamer to cook, along with other veg, while I get the rest of my dinner ready!

I love sprouts........and curly kale, cauli, broccoli, cabbage etc, etc, in fact I just love all veggies......the more the merrier.
