Hi Everybody.

I am so fed up off stopping and starting diets! I have been on SW and WW Propoints in the last year and still over weight so today I am starting Filling & healthy and will not be stopping until I get to goal!

Today I've had...

Breakfast-crumpets 1pp flora light

Lunch-ww bread & beans

Tea-pork, stuffed mushroom 2pp, butter & herb potatoes 1pp salad

Snacks- raisins 2pp fruit

Looks like a great start Milanio. And love your determination.

Do you know where you struggled with sticking with SW or WW PP? If you can identify it it might be easier to guard against it this time.

You never mentioned snacks! Do you have snacks!

It's important to make sure your eating enough or else you crave all sorts of foods!i think your doing great, but maybe also look at some diarys on the SF forum for ideas aswell! That's what I did when I started Sf!
