it should be fine hun best way to know is try it. my cdc suggested it to a friend of mine to have alittle milk in coffee if she can't drink it black. but knowing from exprience when you get more into it black tastes better than with milk in and you get used to it. which means less cals for when you maintain

I always have skimmed in mine and anything up to 5 cups per day have done always and my losses are fine

I like black coffee but on wkds I like a nice big mug of coffee with milk so just wanted to check if it had a effect

I always have skimmed milk in my coffee and can drink anything up to 7 cups a day. Doesn't affect my losses.

Try it out and see how you go. My CDC told me not to, but my last CDC said I can have it as long as it's no more than a pint a day. I've also known people to have a skinny latte a day on the diet and be fine.

Do what works for you, whatever stops me from eating is good enough for me!
