Hi,
I am fairly new to Slimming World and still trying to get my head around it.
I use millet to make my porridge in the morning as I am a celiac (which means I can't eat wheat, gluten including normal oats). As millet is an oat I believe that its 'free'. But I had had normal oats I could only have had 28g as one 'a' selection. So can I have as much of my millet porridge as I want for breakfast? I normally have 60g as I have a 10k run before breakfast 3 times a week and it makes my really hungry!!!
Confused........
