Hi everyone. Just a quick question... Is having a mim everyday a bad idea? I have had 1 today and yesterday so far, is this ok? I read somewhere too much flax can be a bad thing and I weigh in tomorrow so don't want to do anything to affect it
 
nah you should be fine. gets you moving so to say ;)
 
That's good news then as I have been a bit constipated so maybe this might help me :) I really enjoy them with a bit of butter on.
 
It's only worth looking at cutting down if you have a stall, only really because the fibre in them holds on to water. If you're losing fine with them, no probs. And if you're constipated they're a very good idea.
