well week 3 now and im really enjoying ww my leader is so lovely and down to earth very warming friendly always spends time talking to you this im sure has helped me stay on the straight and norrow as i dont want to let myself down or my leader well i only lost 1/2 this week:cry:im gob smack and can`t understand it as ive been good and been to the gym fingers crossed i loose more next week :eek:
Sorry you're disappointed with the half pound, but at least it is a half pound off. Have you just started going to the gym this week? A lot of people find they have a STS or even a small gain when they start exercising and then their weight loss picks up again. I think it's to do with blood circulation.
