I'm trying hard to have a syn free day today!!

I have a mini wholemeal baguette with me today as we had no wholemeal bread left. Does this count as a HEB or a syn? It's a freshly baked one from Haldanes.

    Thanks !!

You can have 57g of wholemeal bread or roll as a HEB so it would count but if it weight over that you would need to count the extra as syns.
