Stealing this idea from the 20 something's thread! Ultimate goal is obviously to loose weight and get to target, but what are your 5 mini goals?
Mine are:
1. Get under 15 stone - DONE
2. Loose half a stone
3. Loose a stone
4. Get under 14 stone and back to where I was happier
5. Loose 2 stone and be lighter than I have ever been
Then ultimate is to reach target and get to 12.10 2.5 stone off
