Mini goals

Hey all,

So I thought I would start a mini goals thread as the last one seems to have come to a halt.

I find that splitting the journey up in to mini goals makes it much more achievable.

I myself have lots of mini goals to help me get to where I need to be (I will post all of them next post) and I am really looking forward to ticking them off as I go.

I plan to get to goal in 2018 so who is with me on the mini goal train?

I will be right beside you on this. I started my journey (this time :() at 16st 4 on 1st Jan. Currently 15st 9.

I am doing a combination of Cambridge (to use up some old products) and Exante (because it is so much cheaper!).
 
Oh go you, that's a great loss so far.

Are you just going it alone at home?

Can you just buy the Exante products online? Are they the same more or less??

Just doing it alone. I did well on CD last year, but fell off the wagon with two holidays in Aug and Oct, when I arrived home in Oct my Mum was in hospital for 5 weeks, and is still extremely ill now. So I have been running between Wilts and Cornwall for 3 months.

I have a big stock of CD to use up, but Exante is online and cheaper, which also means I don't have to fit an appointment into my schedule (work, children's evening activities, housework all squashed into the week). Although my CD lady is lovely it was always a hassle making the time. Exante are very similar, only thing missing is no tetras.
 
Oh god that can't be easy.

I don't work a Friday and also don't have any kids so I find it quite easy to make the time for an appointment and feel like I need it right now.

Will be another 2/3 weeks before I get to that next goal but I will get there and that is the main thing!

Ooh, I love mini goals! My first one is to get down to 11st7. That'll put me at an even 10 stone lost. I always seem to flail and self sabotage as soon as I dip below 12st.
Another half stone after that, to 11st, will put me in the "normal" weight bracket for the first time since I was probably about 8 years old. :eek:
