Hi there like you guys I thought writing my food diary would make me stick to the eating plan so this is my day....
B- bacon medallions, beans and poached egg with a crumpet:0)
L- ham, tomatoes and pickles cottage cheese, crackers -3
D- fillet steak(ooooo) wedges roast tomato And mushrooms.
Couple of voddies from the weeklies

Lots of luck mini mammy. I've done SF for over a month now and when I do it properly I find it very effective and it makes you feel great. x
 
I lost 1lb first week then 1.5lb the following weeks but then lost the plot after a couple of weekends away. I was sticking a bit before I tried it. I'm trying to get back on it again but planning a couple off pp days into my week. Xx
