Today's food as follows;

B - 2 x fried eggs (1syn) 2 x toast (HE) brown sauce (1syn). Banana, apple. Cup of tea (1 syn)
L - Mackerel in tom sauce, mayo (0.5 syn) pasta, Lettuce
D - Filo pastry quiche (4 syns) (bacon, mushroom, leek) Baked beans. Grapes

Snacks - cheese curls (3 syns) Twirl ice lolly (2.5 syns)

TOTAL = 13 syns
 
Today's food as follows

Today i have decided to draw a line and start a fresh! I have lost a stone so far but for the last 4-5 weeks I've just been messing around so today is the start of a new journey.
