Cruise PP Mini Milestone

Hit a mini-milestone today!!! Am over the moon!
It is *properly mini* since it's only 5lbs and am sure a lot of people will shrug but it means I'm 1/3 of the way there and in only 1.5 weeks. Maybe in a few days I'll be in the 130s, honestly could actually cry I'm so happy!!!! :cry:

Well my weight isn't really low for only 5'5 as all 'Recommended weight' sites tell me I should be 128 but yeah I've been surprised myself!!! I've stuck to it 100% , I think going from the massive amounts of junk food I used to eat to pure home-cooked foods has shocked my body!

Out of curiosity, did the Dukan official website calculator set your weight so low?

Yes, it did. It actually gave my true weight lower, at 8 stone 11 but I think 9 to 9/2 is easier for me to maintain.
