Hi all, newbie here, it's only by accident I stumbled across minimins forum and what a great source of inspiration and information it is!! To think how i've struggled over the years and didnt know you all existed (oh where have I been?????).
I'm a newbie to minimins but not to dieting, tried every diet known to mankind but always gave up, however my biggest success story was CD 2 years ago and lost 3 stone (size 16 to 10) and overtime has crept back on (I swore i'd never allow that to happen ). Im giving Atkins a whirl for a month and seeing how it goes but may have to re-visit the VLCD option and take out food completely because i'm impatient-lol!
Second weigh-in this Monday and I have to say ive really enjoyed the food so far, the only thing I am struggling with is no milk in my morning cup of milky tea, any suggestions anyone? It's funny the things you crave, never thought a simple cup of tea would be one of them.
