Mini Weekly Aims

Hiya Everyone,

I thought it'd be a good idea to have mini aims each week. Rather than putting a number on how much u want to loose that week, put an aim that will aid you in your weight loss journey. ie drinking 8 glasses of water/no snacking, whatever it may be , put it here.

This week my aims are :

* No picking on little bits of kids leftovers
* 6-8 glasses of water a day
*walk (minimum) 20mins x3 in the week (because ive fallen back with exercise introducing it gradually again)

I will aim to drink at least 2 litres of water every day, and do at least 5 exercise sessions. Of one sort or another.

I've got the flippin cold and feel rotten sipping hot honey and lemon drinks and spoonfuls of Manuka honey and no exercise which is most unusual for me. Drinking plenty of water though.
