Oops! I'm back again from Center Parcs but unfortunately my bruv brought a severe tummy bug with him which started Friday night and got through everyone of us ending with me yesterday. I was well most of the time though to do the fitness motivation activites but it was a real shame as it would have been a brill holiday if we had been well. Got my special brother (he has downs syndrome) staying with me for the rest of the week and am determined to have a really fab time. Have already been shopping and been to the gym together.

Sorry I've been awol! I'm still not really quite right. Lot's of dizziness (ha ha) bit of a relapse of my tummy bug. My eyes are definitely a problem and I feel nauseous looking at the computer screen.

I've had a lovely week anyway with my bruv, it's been lovely. He's gone now so will have more time. Will get doctors and opticians appointment and try to catch up with the league a little at a time.
