    Thanks D_Q, I am thinking that myself:D

    I could not figure where the 1lb. was that I knew I had lost and it took me awhile to account for it, then I remember it happened the time I was changing my ticker and seeing how it was a 1lb. I did not go back and change it.

    So I really do need to keep track of my weight and need to keep it together in the one place for quick reference.

    Now to find where I put my measurements:rolleyes:

    Well done mini, you have done more than 66% of the work! Thats a 2 1 degree!! Keep going and you'll get that first. As a very wise friend once said, keep chasing sucess long enough it will start following you around.
    You have done great, remember that. Don't keep looking at the end of the journey, turn around every so often to see how far you have come!!!

    I was reading the other day about success comes in CANS and I thought I like that.

    I can lose weight ...

    I can be fit....

    I can do this...

    It is so true that the more positive you feel about your life and yourself you do have more of a can do attitude.

    About time your thinking to yourself...(well I am)


    Setting my oven timer to remind me of drinking my water is helping as you can see and along with simple exercise and toning with my light weights.

    This is my best loss in ages!!!

    Also, have not had any bars in a couple of days and now I am thinking I better not have any until I get to my goal:(
