4lbs off this week whoop whoop! Makes up for my inexplicable gain last week. I was weeing for England yesterday so think fluid retention must have played a part!!!

Haha, im not, have far too much determination to get beat by it now. Have designed a meal planning spreadsheet to try and help me along. It means back to basics but if it works then so be it.
 
Nice one - do you still measure out your healthy extras


i think the amount of milk in coffee may be an issue, drinking a lot more coffee now the weather has changed, but apart from that its nearly always that and muesli for breakfast which make up the healthy extras. Pretty much know how much muesli, but have started measuring the milk as of today again.
