She's my C...she's very nice :)
I'm doing EE this week too for a change.
Let's hope we both have a good week x

She did mention the Maidenbower group in the meeting and I wondered if she was yours :) She used to come to my old group a fair few times as we were in between C's for a while.

Chatted to Sandra before we joined the rest of the group (the C) and this is her 10th year at target! She looks great. There is also another lady in group and she has maintained for 9 months now, she is 1/2 lb over her target weight but she has never been more than 1/2 either way - even when she went away on holiday!

Hoping that going on EE for a week will trick my body again and have a nice boost :) good luck to you too on EE! Will pop over and check out your meals too and see how you are doing xxx

Becky you asked about recipe for the fritters etc, and for those that cannot find my food diary :) here they are....

Ok, I have been crap at getting the recipes on but while the OH watches the footie I can whack these on here for you all :D

It was in last months mags so I cant take credit for them but fully recommend.

Spiced Courgette Fritters
Syns per serving 1.5 on all plans (add 6 syns if not using the Feta as a HexA)
Serves 4

3 medium courgettes, coarsely grated
200g feta cheese crumbled
2 tsp cumin seeds
A small handful of fresh dill finely chopped (I didnt have any so missed this out)
1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped (I added 3 frozen blocks of chilli)
2 medium eggs
2 level tbsp self raising flour
Salt and pepper
Fry light

1 - Put courgette in a fine seive and squeeze out as much liquid as possible. I used my fist as it was a pain in the butt using a spoon :) Transfer to a bowl with all other ingredients, season and mix well.

2 - heat up frying pan sprayed with Frylight. Divide mix into 8 portions, cook the fritters for 2-3 mins each side (or until golden and cooked through)

Ta Da ! done. As mentioned before, my stupid frying pan decided that they would stick etc so I just chucked it all in together, whacked in the oven and made a frittata out of it. Which tbh, was lovely like that. Just cut in to quarter and there you have your 4 portions.

Sweet roasted red pepper houmous

(this makes loads! So you may need to adjust depending on how much you want)

Drain and rinse 2 x 400g cans chickpeas and finely chop 2 cloves of garlic.
Put in a food processor with the juice of 2 lemons, 300g ff cottage cheese with onions and chives and 200g roasted red peppers in brine from a jar.
Season with salt and pepper and whizz until fairly smooth.
Transfer to a bowl, garnish with pinch of sweet smoked paprika and serve with vegetable crudites.
Free on EE or Green

I had a gorgeous dinner tonight.
Kofte kebabs, salad, ff natural yogurt sauce, roasted pepper and onion.

After OH telling me I was shrinking and I should take some during pictures I decided to attempt some more this morning. I can definitely see some future changes in my shape and this alone gives me the motivation to continue and work hard at getting my losses up.

And bless my mum, when I told her on Saturday I still have 5 stone to go she looked at me in horror and said 'but there will be nothing left of you!' if only she knew :D everytime I see her she stares at me for ages and mutters to herself 'you can so see the difference'. Always nice to hear it from your loved ones. Xxxx
 
Wow to the pictures. You are doing fab. I totally understand what your mum says. Mine is the same. My parents coming to stay with me for a few weeks so I have to somehow disguise SW plan and avoid butter ladden dinners.

He he cheers Becky. Picture was an old one, taken nearly 2 years ago. I want my hair back like that but my hairdresser always changes it :D xxx

I'll offer to cook so that way, I avoid putting oddles of oil/butter in the food. If they think there is not enough butter they can add to their plate. Also my dad likes healthy food (apart from not realising how much butter, sugar, cheese he eats ), he'll be happy with superfree soup, so we have plenty of that.
