I want your dinner! Well miss minks I am very proud of you indeed! 8.5stone! Your killing it!!! And in honour of this achievement (which btw you've played down quite a lot!) I thought it only fair I give you a present...my song!
You MUST get onto YouTube (or if your sad like me get her album out!) and listen to Carly Rae what'sit Call Me Maybe as the words go to the tune of the verses. Is it wrong to say I'm a lyrical genius and I am so very proud of myself for this?!!! (It only goes to the end of first chorus, I'm a genius not bloody mental!)

As fruit and veg I did chop
And midnight snacks I did stop

Hey I've had chocolate

But now I'm stopping
so I'll be thinner
I'm doing slimming world

Stuffed from pizza and hifi light bars. Nom.
Pizza is dead easy - take a wrap (WW ones are 5, I used ones that are 6 syns), bit of tomato purée, any chopped veg - I used pepper, onion and mushroom with chilli flakes - HexA of cheddar and in the oven for 10-15 mins max. Delicious dinner and a million less syns than a normal pizza.

Morning all!
Wow busy start to my day, expected it to be truthful what with being off yesterday. Needed a 5 min breather before my eyes fell out of my head. Tired!
Food is ok today, was a silly girl though. Got one of those fruit salad things from tesco and although had kiwi and pineapple in it I thought I was 'ard and could handle it..... Cue the acid burn! God damn stuff kills my mouth!
Breakfast - fruit salad, kiwi, pineapple, grapes, melon and mango. Special k chewy delight HexB
Snack - special k biscuit moments 5 syns
Lunch - mixed bean salad, gherkins and mini quiches
Afternoon snack - have a nana just in case
Dinner - carbonara with HexA cheese
Have sunk 3 glasses of water and a lemon n ginger tea so far. Haven't even been for a wee?! What's that all about!! Clearly I was a little dehydrated or something, or this afternoon I'll be on the loo every 2 minutes
Feeling TONS better today, guess the rest/sleep/tablets have really helped and I'm going to finish the packet rather than just stopping because I feel a bit better.
