Hey! I use the tesco garlic and coriander which are 8 syns but well worth it. Other than that I'd say the WW ones are the lowest (as MissCorset said) but personally I've not tried them xx
 
Evening :) home and just about to crash. Had a lovely meal, seriously nice.

The boy had duck red Thai curry and noodles - I had a mouthful and approve.
I went with the koong prik Thai - 3 huge prawns! Had with plain rice. Washed down with a diet coke while he polished off a bottle of wine.

Not sure how clear the pic is, but no coconut or cream in the sauce and not oily at all so woo!

Went to the pub after and again, just diet coke.

Halo polishing time? ;)

Wow that looks amazing! NEver been to a Thai place but I know there are a few nice ones here, may go there for a reward when I hit 3 stone maybes :) Thanks for the naan help girlies :) xx
 
Is it morning or still night time?! It's so dark out! Currently on the train heading up to the big smoke. Some serious hotties jumping on, think I need to come up more often just to see the men in suits!! (and the non suited cute indie guys ;))

Ahem, anyway!!

Food I think will be a green. Due to being out and ease.

Breakfast - 2 hifi light and banana

Lunch - depends! Hoping to grab a salad or jacket from somewhere. Not too sure what's near the Ministry of Defence which is where I am today.

Dinner - thinking veggie/bean chilli with roast bns chunks and cheeeeese nom!

Hey!
Are you at MOD on Whitehall? If so there are hardly any food places on that road. There is a pub or they may have a canteen, both of which should have jacket potatoes. Alternatively walk up towards traf square and there is a wetherspoons or onto the strand and there is a small tesco or co-op

Sorry to butt in but I work around there. If you're going to a different MOD building then forget me!!

Thats exactly where I am today :) I believe that they have a canteen - I popped in before last year but was only in for a quick hours meeting so didn't see the facilities.
I'll keep my eye out and head to the strand I think, grab a salad or sushi from tesco - thank you so much for helping a girl in need!! Xx

You could always pop to supermarket at station so you have food with you.

Phew what a day! I am pooped!

Food has now change to EE day seeing as I had to get me one of these at lunch time....

Nice turkey and ham subway salad (thanks for the reminder on them mrstore!) and it was gorge! The Mayo was light mayo and I'm going to allow 6 syns for it - that about right y'reckon?

Dinner is now going to be normal chilli con carne seeing as I have a couple of frozen portions in the freezer but still with roast BNS and cheeeeeese.
 
I work for a Energy company called Cofely District Energy and we supply all heat and power through a specialised system (that reduces carbon emissions) to various locations/sites in the country. One of them is Whitehall and covers MoD, Horse Guards, Downing street to name a few! Xx
