I work for a Energy company called Cofely District Energy and we supply all heat and power through a specialised system (that reduces carbon emissions) to various locations/sites in the country. One of them is Whitehall and covers MoD, Horse Guards, Downing street to name a few! Xx

Wow that is interesting. Must be great working there and feeling that you are contributing to something positive.

By the way there is nothing wrong with eyeing up nice men. Even I do that at my old age.

Have a lovely dinner. I am just cooking mine.

In my 2012 food directory it says that a serving of light mayo in subway is 3 syns, but I guess it depends on who you have squeezing the bottle lol, could be anywhere between 2 and 8 I suppose!!!

Looks lovely though, I've just had a wrap pizza (thanks for the reminder!!!) but put a few too many dried chillies on, my mouth is on fire!!!!

Is it morning or still night time?! It's so dark out! Currently on the train heading up to the big smoke. Some serious hotties jumping on, think I need to come up more often just to see the men in suits!! (and the non suited cute indie guys )

Ahem, anyway!!

Food I think will be a green. Due to being out and ease.

Breakfast - 2 hifi light and banana

Lunch - depends! Hoping to grab a salad or jacket from somewhere. Not too sure what's near the Ministry of Defence which is where I am today.

Dinner - thinking veggie/bean chilli with roast bns chunks and cheeeeese nom!

Random question here, do you not get really hungry before lunch?! For brekkie this morn I had coco shreddies, yogurt and a 'nana. At work before my dinner I had 3 Babybels, a small pot of grapes and a small pot of carrot sticks. Dunno why it is the last week or so but I'm getting so hungry! xx

Oh god yeah I was hungry! Especially as i'd been up since 5:30. I just didn't plan my day very well and hadn't had any snacks at hand! I am a terrible 'picker' in the mornings but normally have fruit or something. To go through security today was a pain in the royal behind because you have to be escorted through the building if you leave and show ID.

I have some seriously hungry days, normally when I'm due my period. Then boy oh boy can I eat for England!! Xxx

Ok girlies, I need your help! 23rd feb I have a wedding to go to... but no idea what to wear!!! I haven't been to a wedding since I was a bridesmaid aged 10!

Now, I have no idea what to wear, what wedding atire is a no no and well, just anything!

Please say you'll help? Pretty please!?

What colours suit you?? And yes it is ok to wear black to a wedding!! Coloured accessories brighten it up

Dress length more knee and up than long (I am so clumsy I'd trip over on a long dress!). Heels definitely - higher the better in my opinion. Sleeves no preference. Colours - I have red hair so that kinda puts a hold on some things and I just do not suit yellow! I guess colours like teal, or greeny tones, navy, deep purple or burgundy? And as much as I LOVE hats, I love to show off my hair

Ermmm lol. I don't suit purple at all, it makes me look dead!!! I shall be back with some ideas.....only got 13% battery left on my phone, now where's that charger???

Oooh! I need go get me on to DP website! I really like the first and the last one. The other 2 are nice but unless anyone can recommend so awesome hold me in pants... I tend to steer clear from the more figure hugging dresses thank you so much! Xx
