RIGHT!

Operation 'Hit 9 Stone Loss' starts today!

TMI ALERT - I had a number 2! Not a food baby but I went woo!

Breakfast - cup of coffee 1 syn, grilled Portobello mushroom filled with one egg on spinach

image-2302346748.jpg

Lunch - roasted bns, pepper, red onion, courgette, with spinach and half HexA feta (22.5g)

Dinner - gammon shank, leeks, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, gravy 2 syns.

Snacks - banana, 80g semi dried prunes HexB, coconut couscous half HexA koko milk.

EE day, HexA and HexB used, 3 syns.

Good. Food. Day.

Morning hun! Your food sounds lush today! Although looking at it, couldn't that be a red day? You could have another HexA and B then? Thanks for the recipe this morning hun, and the list of recipes in the book. That must have taken you ages to type out, so a mahoosive thankyou from me! :D xxx

Actually, scratch my comment about a red day, I've just noticed the couscous and prunes! xx

I was thinking oooh I have a red day - until I remembered the couscous *doh* but prunes are a HexB on all plans aren't they?? Hmmm, I'll have to doublé check ;) xx

TMI - I bought the same tablets from Tesco as nothing was moving. No cramping though. I've ended up off work today as can't venture too far from the loo. Must have been too strong for me.

Ooh minks your breakfast looks lovely. Yay for the loo. Haha.

Ah Mrs cadbury, they are rather potent. I only take them if nothing else has worked and I feel ill and get the dreaded poo breath. Urgh. They work, but you need to be careful. And not be dopy and take 3 *shudders*

I won't be taking them again, never mind 3. They're going in the bin.

I must have a stomach of iron then as it took 6 in total to get anything moving! I even took 2 more last night seeing as there was again no more movement. Hoping that I've kick started it now and I'll go back to normal. Whatever that is!

Couple of pints of water down, banana had before lunch, couple of prunes left and I'll pick at them as the day goes on. Had a wispa bite for 1 syn which makes total 4 / 105 for the week. Grand.

Wow that roasted veg looks amazing, yum

be careful with the laxatives hun...it's a vicious circle cos it clears you out then we automatically feel we can't go again....
i know it's a pain (literally sometimes lol) but try and let your body go itself....if you've cleared "the plug", maybe let it do it's thing on it's own...or just take 1 the next time?
as someone who used to dabble in laxatives (awful i know!) i know it's a nightmare and so uncomfortable but once you get back to normal...things should be ok...it's the getting there tho eh xx

It was really scrummy, just whacked it all in the oven this morning for about 45 mins xx

I'm not taking any more now, only reason I did was because I hadn't been again despite the earlier tabs. But now it's all moving and I'm eating things like prunes, I am hoping it'll just keep regular. I don't wanna go back to being bunged up so like you say, hopefully I've cleared the 'plug' and can now carry on as normal. I'm not a fan of taking stuff unless really necessary xx

Nom! I used to love spicy roast veg with feta cheese for tea..already sorted this weeks tea though, maybes one to pop back on the menu for next week! :D xx

I haven't had it in a while so was a nice change.

I love meal planning. I've just taken a couple of minutes to plan my next 3 days so that I'm completely on plan and have no excuses. Looking forward to the meals actually! Got a vegetable tagine that sounds delish for Fridays lunch and there will be enough left for Sunday's hangover to chuck in the microwave - super planning :D xx

I love leftovers! They always taste better. The Japanese pork curry I had leftover in the fridge for lunch was WAY better than freshly cooked for tea.

I am a fan of leftovers for 2 reasons - they taste better AND you just gotta ping it. Woo! Xx

Er so for some reason I thought I'd be having gravy with my dinner.... Douche. The shank comes in the glorious muscovado sauce so no need for additionals, woo! Takes that down to 2 syns for the day.

And as it's an EE day rather than a red, the boy has done some roast parsnips to go with it yay! I got in from playing badminton to the glorious smell of sweet lovely 'snips in the oven.

Veg is now broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage and asparagus. 20 mins and it should be all done. Whoop! Xx
