Morning Minks! Breakfast looks good!

Pleased with myself this morning - just been swimming for the first time since before Christmas!!! Shattered but did it! 20 lengths done!

Just frigging idiotic customers. I work on a helpdesk for an energy company (its a specialist system, not like your BG or EDF) and this morning has just been full of constant ****.

Breakfast is definitely going to make a repeat performance soon as I loved it.

Lunch is prawn salad.

I froze them! Don't want eggs in my food today or tomorrow due to the SB tummy ache, don't think I need anything else in me that could bind me up!

I will be making my other RSC dish tonight after badminton and I was going to post some ingredients but thought Sculls would have - wanted her to feel a bit more included as she has just joined the bandwagon :) If nothing by the time I get home tonight then I will chuck a list up xxx

I used to be a call centre team manager before my Brain op.....Had to deal with all the crappy supervisor calls when they were already p'eed off and had a rant at the rest of the team, REALLY are some stoooopid customers out there! xx
