Hi, I am here!!!!! Just watching my mac n cheese go round in the micro.......well......I DID IT!!!!!!!

I am sooooo shocked!!!!! I think I weed it out!!!!

I lost 2lb spot on and got my 3 stone award - chuffed isn't the word!!!!

Will update after I have eaten!

Yay!! So happy for you hun! Well deserved and makes those hard moments worth it to see the scales move down n get fabulous shiny. Woo hoooo!! Xxx
 
Hey! Very simply put :

Green days you can have unlimited superfree food and carbohydrates (so all your starchy veg, pasta, rice, beans)
You get 2 A and B choices but there are more choices for B option- weighed meat, fish, nuts, seeds, cheese, etc.

Red days you can have unlimited superfree food and lean meats and fish.
Again 2 A and B choices and the B options extended list is the same as EE as well as beans, pulses, potatoes, etc.

Does that make any sense? I hope so!! Xx

Thanks hun that actually makes a lot of sense and I wouldn't be a big meat person and love carbs so might try me some green!

2 for a hexb or 2.5 syns each. They are really nice topped with philli light or choc philli xx

Morning all! Tuesday to get ticked off and then its all good. Really busy week actually:
Tuesday - WI
Wednesday - cooking dinner for my sister (at my mums house while she is on hols, sister is house sitting)
Thursday - best friend is back of holiday, catch up chat
Friday - work colleague house warming
Saturday - got my nephew for a couple of hours then over to my irish friends for the evening
Sunday - mothers for sunday lunch
Monday - badminton
Tuesday - WI
Wednesday - CHILL
Thursday - wedding reception
Friday - spa day / friends birthday meal
Saturday - nephews 5th birthday party

So a couple of occasions that will be testing but I'll try to work around them as best as I can. Main ones are the house warming, wedding reception and spa day. Sure it'll be fine....
 
Never before have I been glad of a social occasion being cancelled but saturday evening is woo! Friend has to pop back to ireland for a christening.

Bizarre thing - my right eye can't focus? Its constantly blurry and its difficult to see my computer screen. Will see how it goes I guess but its going to make my day fun :) xx

Good luck for WI today. Looking at your diary, you have had an amazing week on plan xx I have got a hectic diary for the next few weeks as well, with visitors coming over, an engagement party, a funeral, 50th birthday party, never mind the unplanned occasions - hopefully we can support each other as our focus will be sorely tested xxx

Morning all, and thank you to those that have "liked" my post :thankyou:

I cant tell you how good it felt just now to put that purple 3 stone award in my signature!!!!!!!

I never in my wildest dreams thought that I, me, mere me, could ever ever lose 3 stone! Dont get me wrong it hasnt been easy, I lost 2 stone last summer and I struggled to maintain/yo-yo over the winter but winter is my nemesis when it comes to dieting - I am not going to stress about that yet until we get to it!!!!

So, now i have to aim for as much off as possible in these next two/three weeks before I go on holiday and undo some of my good work!

Thank you for your support - and for allowing me to gatecrash your diary - your support means so much and really really helps as I know that you guys "get it" you understand in a way that someone who does not have the same issues cannot ever understand. I even had to try explaining some things to my consultant who although she is lovely and she did well losing her 1 1/2 stone, she just does not know what it is like to be this overweight, to have this much to lose and to have to put up with all the things we put up with being so overweight.

One of my recent things is that I realised I have collar bones! and when I bend over I get a dip above the collar bone - might sound silly but I only discovered this last week when I was drying myself after my shower! Weird hey!

Anyway, enough rambling and must get on with some work.

Minks, good luck for your weigh in! And here is to Tuesday passing quickly - I am back at the dentist for a crown this afternoon so I have to run the Starbucks gauntlet again...........

Never worry about gate crashing! I love hearing from you and that you are doing so well! And you, yes YOU, can and have done it! And you will get your next shiny too, you have proven to yourself that it is achievable.
Collar bones! I love having them now so can totally relate to the excitement you are feeling! Isn't it funny how something so small can make such an impact on how we feel/see ourselves. My newest 'bone excitement' (oo-er missus!) Is hip bones!

I'm hoping to keep as in control as possible and gun my way to target (feel like I've been saying that for forever!) Spa day is at Alexander house over in turners hill. Excited to say the least!! Xx
 
Ah, it's lovely there. A few of my friends have got married there - really gorgeous. Food can be a bit hit and miss, though, so if you say 'no thank you', you might not be missing much ;) xx
 
Hungry and sore eye :( turns out I clearly didn't get one of my contacts out last night although I'm pretty sure I did so one has been rolling around my eyeball most of the day and its now killing me. Good thing I double checked otherwise... ouchy eye!

I'm so hoping to see a 10 on the scales tonight, went to do a sneaky peak on the scales and shock frigging horror - the battery is dead!! So I have no actual idea what the result will be and if me having my period is going to have an effect on the scales what with standard water retention. I don't feel bloated so fingers crossed there is none! I think a justified loss of 2lbs would be awesome and I'll be so happy with that, anymore and I'll jump for joy and skinny dance for the duration of group! (Maybe not... don't want them all to know I'm crazy)

Aaaaaaand not that I EVER do this and nor do I normally condone rewarding yourself with food but should I have more than a 2lb loss then I have a cheeky chocolate sponge pudding and custard with my name on it. If its 2 or less then it will not pass me lips till I get my 10 stone award. In a way I don't know whats better - getting say a 2.5 or more loss and being well chuffed and getting pudding, or getting 2 and having the pudding there spurring me on to lose the next 5lbs for my second to last ever award! Am I just waffling now?!

Anywho, leaving in 15, WI in about 30, update in 31 ;) xx
