Morning Minks :) How much more would you like to lose?? X
Well I'm maintaining at 12 and I don't want to be at 12. I want to be back at 10.7. 10 was too much, I looked a bit ill tbh. Going to the gym will help look a healthier 10.7. So a stone and a half xx

Morning Minks! Great idea about going to a new group I made sure when I started this journey I didn't go back to the consultant that I had tried before as I needed a brand new fresh start and everything had to be different if that makes sense??

I'm glad someone gets me! I want a new start without all the pressures of before. New group, new C, new start to target. Did you find it beneficial to rejoin and to do it somewhere else? Xx

I'm so making some overnight oats for tomorrow - haven't had any for aaaaaaaaaaages!!

I am feeling totes the same as you, fed up with 1lb on / 1lb off / STS. I am not 100% in the game all the time. I need this.

I bought my wedding dress on Saturday and I looked ok in the flesh, but then my bessie took a picture and I look like a fridge! I am like a huge square block!! Somethings gotta change. On one hand I want to go back to class, but on the other we are trying to make every penny count and save for this wedding, which is getting more and more expensive! I think I am going to go it alone one more month and if, in June I haven't lost anything substantial - I will try a class, but like you, a different class.

Yay to going back to class, I know I couldn't maintain without class, I too would like to be a few lbs less but I'm still in target & that will have to do!!

How exciting holidays on Saturday, Bob is off to Fuerteventura Saturday until the Friday then we're off on a family holiday for 1 wk, I really can't wait, I just love my holidays.:D

I know you're busy with wedding planning & stuff, but honestly if you take a look around here there is loads of help so you may not need to go to class. Personally class works for me, I need the support & the fact I have to weigh in. Class is £4.95 per week that amount of money could be saved by 1 less takeaway or meal out;) xx

I found it really good like a proper fresh start. I am sure that you will too. Consultants styles are so different it's refreshing to have a change

I dont honestly need to go back to class. All the tools I need are right here. I have the support and encouragement - I didn't like my class before, I never got anything out of it, other than getting weighed in front of someone, which I absolutely hated and felt ashamed about....I am happier going it alone. I have my books still and I have some recipe books and most importantly I have everyone here.

There is no more takeaways for us - not just for the slimming factor, mainly because we are saving every single penny that we can. No £1 is going to get away with being squandered, no siree, not on my watch!

Think it's a really positive thing that you're heading back to group...like you say, you've weighed more, you've weighed less and you know where on that spectrum you want to be. You might as well arm yourself with the best tools possible to keep you on track!

Ahhhh you get me! Woo! I have been well happy plodding along, 3lb off... 2lb on, sts, 1lb on,2lb off and alas a month has passed and I've maintained (and would have according to SW terms too IF I was at target) so well done me for working out what works as a maintain over a month but I can save that for when I'm back at target. I'm not going back to Uber-pressure-ville hence joining another group, a NEW group, where no one will know me. Yay! Now the questiob is - rejoin with my history or start proper fresh? I think proper fresh. But then I don't want to pretend like I'm totally new to sw. Brain issues!

Couple of weeks to decide so...

Well. That was an anticlimax. Got to the gym. Waited. Waited for another 5 and thought eff this and just got on with my 'usual'. Disappointed at them for not being there but at least I didn't just walk out. Although it has confirmed that I am not an after work gymmer. Classes maybe (still yet to get to one...) but gym sesh... no way. Found my energy levels a lot lower, running was harder and god damn it the weights are stupidly busy. With either guys trying to impress (each other? Scantily clad girls??) by going super heavy and taking AGES to do their reps, or said scantily clad girls walking 5 mins on the treadmill, flick their hair for another 5 mins, and then attempt to use a weight resistant machine whilst texting.

Give me a morning sesh any day.

They also sell them in Sainsbury's, I buy these for Nathan & Lydia to put in their Christmas shopping, that & Manuka honey!!!
