I don't think people actually understand (who are not over weight) how horrible it feels to be over weight. ''it's easy... Just eat less, and do more exercise '' how many times have you herd/read/been told this. I really think over weight people have it very tough, for me it's been a fifteen year constant battle, my thoughts often full of food/being skinny. So for everyone doing a diet i fully admire you, i know how you must have felt to get you here and fully sympathise! I'm a 30yr old female, at my heaviest i was 16st 12lbs now i'm 15st 4lbs. I've been on every diet going but to be totally honest WW is the one that gives me constant results. I can't tell you how inspiring it is to read the threads of your weight loss on here. Good luck with your weight loss journey and remember.. If your good to your body it will be good 2 you ;) i will keep you updated
