Basically...what are they and where can I get them from?

Your pharmacist should have them available otherwise I would check boots or somewhere for the Listerine strips as they are acceptable.

great to hear i can get the Listerine strips, they come in more flavours so might be nice to have a different flavour in my mouth once i a while.

How many do yu put into the chocolate shake? Sounds good

I just put in one and that actually packs quite a lot of flavor
