I can see lots of free lamb shanks on here but wanted to see if you thought a plain minted lamb shank from butchers would be? Its not in gravy or anything, its my weigh day treat yum??
You'd have to ask him what he used in his minty bit!
I'm not sure on mint sauce etc as I don't like it but if it's just mint and vinegar then it will be okay.
