when cutting down and healthy eating I sometimes get a smelly breath so was wondering whats the lowest syn mints or chewing gum to keep that bad breath at bay

I have sugar free chewing gum. If I'm honest I don't syn it. Naughty I know! I'd like to know how many syns are in a packet x

Sugar free chewing gum is only half a Syn for 5 pellets / pieces.

Trebor Extra Strong mints are half a Syn each.

I NEVER realised there were syns in SF chewing gum!!

I'd only really have a piece a day, if even so I guess it's not really damaging my losses...

Complimints from Aldi are ok, they come in a tin and are quite small but it's only 3 syns for the whole tin. I have one in my car and it's lasts for ages.

Like you say, the odd piece now and then wouldn't affect you. I guess only if you're eating packets and packets of the stuff x
