Mirin

A friend has given me the recipe for a delicious salad dressing based on tahini. No - not free, obviously - but it is so nice and you only need a tiny amount, so I am happy to syn it.

I have the syn values for most of the ingredients, except one, which is Mirin - a Japanese sweet wine used in cooking.

I don't have access to the SW website at the moment so does anyone know what the syn value of a tablespoon of this might be?

That's brilliant, thank you very much. There are 2 tablespoons of mirin in the recipe. Just have to sit down and do my calculations for all the other ingredients now.
